We are just kitting out some mobile units with new PCs and ar speccing cordless keyboards and mice.We originally wanted RF but then decided Bluetooth would be better. Our Purchasing Dept, who knwo nothing about computers, are saying we shouldn't have them as they are a "threat to data security"Surely this is rubbish. For one thing, Bluetooth is more secure than RF as you need a passkey (in fact is RF in any way secure?)Also, what possible threat could the keyboard pose? All they'd get would be keystrokes - there wouldn't be any access to data! Can anyone tell me if there IS any issue here?ThanksDave
Not knowing much, my guess would be that the signals would be locked and also yeah they would only get the keystroke's and so have to put them together to get the info
