I have just bought a Nokia 6230i and the person from the shop we bought it from said that it has an MP3 player on it, but in order to use it we need a bluetooth dongle. Now I have no idea how bluetooth works, so what am I supposed to do? Where's the best place to buy a bluetooth dongle, I know they are USB things but apart from that havent got a clue. Can USB's hold different sizes of music?
Any help much appreciated!
Thanks
Char

The nokia 6230i has 32mb of internal storage which is expandable by a memory card up to 512mb. In order to transfer songs from your pc you can connect in 3 ways: Bluetooth dongle, Infra-red or direct usb plug n play cable. By far the easiest to setup would be the direct cable first, infra-red second and bluetooth last. If I were you I'd purchase a cable and a 512mb mmc memory card if you wish to listen to music.

Ok thanks for your reply. Where can I buy a direct cable, and a 512mb mmc memory card from?
Thanks

Ok brilliant, is it easy to plug in? Is there a space at the back of the PC for it or do I need to take the back of the computer off and put one of those slide things in (sorry, not very helpful I know!)? Also, where abouts does the memory card go in my phone? And where does the direct cable plug into my phone?

You'll need to check your pc has usb ports, it most likely has but to make sure it should look like click here

I don't know where the card would go, you'll have to have a look for yourself, perhaps under some sort or rubber or plastic flap/hinge.

The cable should plug into the bottom of your phone and then into your usb port on your pc.

Ive just checked the usb port and it does have one. So I will go and buy it later.
Thanks for your help :) :) :)
