have just purchased a Tevion blue tooth dongle works fine transfering photos etc from mobile to pc
problem is when pc is turned off dongle is still powered it is not listed on safely remove hardware wizard so cannot turn it off before unplugging it
is it ok just to unplug it while powered or will it cause damage

you should be ok to hot swap it the safely remove hardware is more for usb drives and pen drives where suddenly pulling it out could cause loss of data
