I am having some problems.

first I got a blue screen saying "page fault in nonpage area" I was advised to run auto fix file system, after this the computer booted up ok.
It is very slow so I went to remove all the cookies it said I could not admin use only. my VS bit defender says everything is, but I can not open it?or run it,I have run my spydocter that is clean
I am begining to think I have an infection any suggestion would be a great help.
I am using my lap top to do this

can you run your spydoctor (I think you mean PC Tools Spyware Doctor) in Safe Mode?
Keep tapping F8 to get into safe mode.

Should also have added run a scan with your Anti Virus program in safe mode as well.

See if you can update and run the free version of malwarebytes in safe mode.

I have tried to run my AV it says admin will not allow
I have tried down loading superantispy which did but the same message comes up administrator has blocked this action when I try to run
I am in safe mode you get the option when in safe mode to use admin I am in that.

In user accounts are you the administrator. Are you running XP or Vista.

maybe try here
If it will not update just run it as normal.
