Please help as multivision are completely useless,
after having my comp on 2 occasions,a total of 3 weeks and still it is not fixed.

Have you been to nvidia.com and downloaded the latest drivers for the graphics card?

P.S. I guess you are frustrated, but stating 'do not buy from company X' is a quick way to get your posting deleted on this forum.

Have you changed / added any hardware lately?

The article at click here states that the most common cause is a hardware failure (especially memory). This may only show up when you play games, that can 'stress' components beyond whatthey normally have to perform for normal office-type tasks.

You could try removing memory modules one at a time, in case it is faulty RAM.
