I am Trying to uninstall Vmlite xp mode and vmlite workstation but when I attempt on the uninstall via add/remove programs and each time the blue screen of death occurs.
I think that what I have to do is remove xp mode first but I cannot see how.

By the way, the os mean on is win7 pro soon to be sp1.

Read through the posts for uninstall and a fresh reinstall if you still decide to use it.

If you still want "Virtual PC" why don't you try Microsoft's own. I have Win 7 Pro 64bit and have been running Virtual PC for many months now without any problems.

I know that it is very difficult to find somewhere that will say how to remove vmlite and vmlite xp mode but those forums that northumbria61 has given a link to isn't as much help as I would like.

If anyone manages to find the bit about removing vmlite xp mode before me, can you copy and paste some of the info over.
thanks

"I think that what I have to do is remove xp mode first but I cannot see how."

Have you tried uninstalling XP Mode through "add/remove programs?
It will be listed as you are using Win 7 Pro (as I am)

The only thing in the list to do with this is VMlite Workstation. It don't say anything else. And that keeps making my mums pc crash each time I try

Have you tried uninstalling in "Safe Mode" ?
