Blue Screen of deat with following message

  Nick101 12:25 04 Dec 2007

Last night, system crashed with the following blue screen displayed . . .

'A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error, restart your computer, if this screen appears again follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hard ware and software is properly installed. If this is a new installation ask your hardware and software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software, disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced start up options and then select safe mode.

When restarting computing selected all modes (Safe, normal etc) but blue screen plus message returned each time.

Unable to get past screento do system restore etc. System was working fine - no changes made then this . . .

Please advise - Thanks
