blue screen - 0X0000008E error

I have been trying to install win Xp via bood disks. After inserting last disk following error appears on a blue screen:

The codes for the 0X0000008E error, which is by far the most common are:

0X0000008E (0X000005 0XF77E8BA5 0XF73BE71C 0X0000000)
setupdd.sys - Address F77B9A26 Base at F779A000 Datestamp 3b7d8507

Can anyone asisit. I have tried diff graphic cards and HDD both (ide & Sata). Have also used safe mode option.

Spec as follows:
The M/B is DFI NF4 INFINITY

Western Digital WD2500KS Caviar SE 250GB 7200RPM SATA2/300 16MB Cache

Pioneer DVR-111DSV 16x DVD±RW Dual Layer Internal IDE. AMD (San diego) 4000+ cpu 2.4ghz

PSU. 320W, the +12V has 15.0A which = 180W.
Manual recommends 400W. Could the PSU be the issue?
