Has anyone encountered this problem with Novatech before? I wonder if anyone with a Novatech account could log in and test the checkout page. Their technical people were no help at all.They just advised that i phone my order through which is no help as i wish to use paypal. I have tried 2 different PC's with a mix of Vista,XP,I.E 7,I.E 8,Firefox,Opera and Safari. I have cleared all temp files etc and flushed DNS cache and turned off all security. Common sense tells me it's their site although no one else has reported a problem according to Novatech. The only thing left is my router which both PC's use to access the net.Even turning off it's firewall made no difference.
Finally sorted. Had to clear cookies,temp files and saved passwords for the site in Firefox, with the My basket page displayed. Then immediately clicking on checkout.If you're not very quick it won't work.
