Blank messages in Outlook

I receive most messages fine, both HTML and plain text, but occasionally one turns up which is blank, except for any attached original message of mine and any coloured logos; i.e. the message text is missing. These messages (in HTML) can only be read by selecting "read message in browser" which works OK or by saving it as a .txt file, which of course loses any formatting.
Anyone know why this is? I'm using Office 2007.

perhap your protection is trying to block it but not quite.
What ever the reason do not open it -simply delete.
I get two or three a week like this.
Nothing there so nothing to repsond to- so dunp it

I'm sure in some cases you could be right, but a good number, including the latest ones, have been from a known source and messages I've been expecting. Another Bill Gates mystery!

and you are expecting a message then that is a different issue. As the message can be rewadin in browser -that is on your ISP account site.
Then your software can be out of kiltewr
You mention Office 2007 -to read E-mail?
Try Outlook Express - pasrt of your Windows O/S
or download Mozilla ThunderBird/

Outlook 2007 is part of Office 2007 - normally pretty good at reading email!
