Just received a completely blank (no subject, no body) from Barclaycard [[email protected]]

Anyone else had this?

Well, thank you for your informed opinion gentlemen. The depth and breadth of technical expertise on this forum never ceases to amaze me.

However, pardon my ignorance, which do I have to do first: flash the BIOS (I'm a bit worried about that) or just reformat and re-install Windows? Will this change my e-mail address?
