I have a Biostar iDEQ 200A Small Form Factor Barebone System and would appreciate opinions on what upgrades I'd need to make to be able to connect it to my 1080p HD TV.

Windows XP
80Gb EIDE Hard Disk Drive
512Mb PC2100/2700/3200 DDR SDRA
Intel Pentium 4 Northwood and Prescott

Onboard VGA ATI IGP 9100
AGP 4x/8x
PCI slots 1

Onboard
S-ATA Raid -> VIA VT6420 RAID 0/1
Optical S/PDIF in/out

Many thanks in anticipation

Thanks for your response, ßeta. Would it not possible by adding a HD capable graphics card, swapping for a larger HD and going with Windows Media Centre?
