Bios Flash - No Floppy

After reading that a well know PC manufacturer was ceasing to fit floppy drives anymore, I was wondering how you'd go about flashing the Bios if all PC makers followed suit?

Some motherboards can already be flashed from Windows so I would imagine this is one option and also using cds in some way.

...but the old adage "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" has never been more appropriate than when it comes to bios flashing - if you don't need whatever the upgrade is offering then the best advice is not to bother.
