I have to set my Frequency / CPU Setting to 133 , where can I find this in the bios? What does it say for it? Bios is when you press delete on start up right? New motherboards have it on bios not on motherboard right?

Generally pressing delete does enter the bios for settings but depending of manufacturer it can be other keys..but usually the options are displayed during boot screen. Settings for Cpu speed usually are frequency/voltage control menu displayed in bios menu's however some bios if admin settings are password protected, may not be accessable with entering the password.Post your motherboard type if you dont have the manual for it.
