how do i refah the bios on my asus laptop??

Don't see how you can on a locked lappy, stick with the thread you have started in the helproom two threads will only confuse the issue and is sorta frowned upon here...

messing about with a laptop bios is hard. its easy on desk top.

The only thing i can suggest is look at you tube to see if anyone has done it with a laptop.

Youe best bet is to return the laptop to asus who will try to reset it but wwill charge for it and can be costly.

laptops are complicated inside. You could do a search under google to see if anyone else can reset it for you, but to be honest i wouldnt touch the laptop coz the components are very small and you need the right specialist eqipment.

Sorry mate, thats the ways it is. If you make one slight mistake boom the motherboard can go or something else can happen.

Oh one more hing once you have it deleted for goodness sake set the bios paswword to one you can remember.

Input your make and model....Failing that, contact them via email. Without the password you will not be able to do anything with the machine.

Stay away from hack's etc. Laptops are not user friendly when it comes to issues like this.
