Big view Windows calculator

A partially unsighted person needs to be able to view the Windows calculator.
Is there any way of making it "full screen" or even enlarging the display?
He has an older PC on Windows 98 but is willing to upgrade to XP if it means a readable Windows calculator.
Any ideas/suggestions?

Calc98 click here can be opened full-screen. I'm not sure if it would be sufficiently visible though.
