best way to share files between two wifi pc's

i have two pc's one is a laptop and one is a desktop what is the best way to share files between these two pc's they are both connected to a wireless router.The laptop as a wireless card and the desktop as a usb wifi dongle they can both connect to internet but i would like to share the my documents folder between the two pc's any comments or guides would be much appreciated.thanks.

Run the network wizard (Not wireless wizard) from the control panel on both machines.

You will only be able to see folders you set to shared folders too. Remeber to secure your network and set up your access list.

Once you have run the wizard just drop files you want to share into the shared folder. You should then be able to browse to this folder from the other machine. I find it easiest through "view workgroup computers" and drag drop onto the other machine.
