The Best Offers

Over the past month I have been plagued by a web-site called "The Best Offers", this appears in various guises from Casino offers to Sainsburys, the adverts for which appear to 'pop-up' whenever I start to search the internet. I have a Pop Swatter already in operation, and this appears to stop all other pop-ups.

It appears as a program when I go into "Add or remove programs" but it has no size against it. When I try to remove it, I get an error message, as follows:

"Cannot find 'file///C:WINDOWS/boncpar.htm'. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct"

In another attempt to remove the nuisance, I got the error message:

"---TBON Uninst.exe is not a valid Win32 application", but I can't remember how I got to that one!

With my non-expert knowledge, I find that I am unable to make sense of either of these messages, and would therefore appreciate some help please.
