Best free software for updating drivers

Hi, Is there software which will scan and update out-of-date drivers ? I have read some bad feedback regarding a few. The usual comments ,the pop ups, installing other unwanted software etc

So,what would software would you recommend please Thank you

I don't recommend any. Unless you have a problem then I don't recommend updating drivers. You don't need a program to do it. It is better to go to the manufaturer's website.

Hi Thanks for the help. I have been seeing a message after the PC boots regarding a driver not releasing ? I cant recall the exact wording, will add the info next time it happens. I'm aware,if alls well leave things alone, but this message becomes annoying . Thank you

Always get drivers from the manufacturer's own web site
