I think you'll find that's "won" in the sense of "gained" certification. Not "won" in the sense of beat all the others.

In the April Virus Bulletin tests on Windows XP Pro, it failed to get the 100% rating as it had too many false positives.

I suggest the 'best' antivirus program is the one from the selection currently availabe both free and paid for that works for you and your system and your requirements

Do you think there IS one that IS better than all the others?

I do know some that I for one would NOT recommend !!!

not just a straight virus package. Kaspersky Internet Security, AVG Internet Security, Avira Premium Security Suite 9 but these would be my choice as others slow your machine down a lot more.
