Best 27" monitor for £200

Hi guys, well i have a decent gaming rig with 2 old 18" dell monitors hooked up so its defo time 4 a new monitor.. I have £200 to spend & was wanting a 27" , iv looked & looked & iv narrowed it down to 2.. the AOC I2757FH LED monitor (£159) or the Acer G276HLABid 27 inch Full HD LED Monitor (£177) could anybody recommend any others or at least help me choose between these 2 lol. I use my pc for gaming & watching movies. thanx in advance for any comments or help.... Gaz

I've always gone for AOCs and found the display excellent for me. Reading the Amazon customer reviews it is mainly a complaint about the plastic stand. About the norm with any new monitor I think. Some worse than others.

I don't think you will be disappointed with the display though.

The Amazon link is for the E2752 which is not the same as the I version and doesn't appear to have an IPS. Screen.

I'm not sure that I would go for a 1920 x 1080 27" monitor as it can effect text and icons.

Mines excellent Woolwell no problems at all regarding text and icons,being an ips the viewing angles excellent not like a TN panel where you have to sit directly in front of monitor
