Belkin USB2 PCI Express Card

I have just installed this card (Belkin Model F5U252) alll as per manual and all seems to be working and showing in Device Manager. Device Manager also now shows USB Network Interface under Other devices with a yellow exclamation for no driver installed. Anyone know what this might refer to, OS is XP Media Centre and motherboard is Abit Fatal1ty AN9 32X.

I'm using the media edition of XP and just had a look, no mention of that on my PC therefore I can only assume it is something particular to the Belkin device.
What I would do is click on it and try to reinstall the driver, point it towards the Belkin CD in the drive and see if it can find it itself.
Failing that the only other suggestion I have is try the Belkin website or send Belkin an email and ask them how to reolve it.

Had already thought of pointing to the Belkin CD for the driver but no luck.
