* Click Start, Run, and enter control userpasswords2 .
* Clear the check box captioned Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer.
* Click OK.
* Enter the user name and password for the account you want to log in to at start-up.

Control Panel – User Account – Change the Way User Log On or Off

Select – Use the Welcome Screen - Apply Option

Windows XP will start up with out any User Name

MAT ALAN & ambra4 - Tried both of these and still in the same position..
There is my account - administrator.
Guest account - is off.
Then there is another which I am not sure about - ASP.NET - limited account?
Should it be there,will it cause any problems if I remove it?
