PS this same message popped up a few days previously but with out any Restarting of the computer. It just popped up. Im using Windows Vista Home Premium
I had a similar problem some time ago. Windows problem reporter said it was my antivirus or firewall. I updated both zonealarm and avg this seemed to fix the problem. I see also that you have not upgraded to service pack two this may help. You can google search each individual bccode but they mean little to us mere mortals.
