Main comp WIN XP SP3,Second comp vista 64 (newly installed as a home entertainment centre),Laptop comp vista 32.
Home network with main comp on broadband which is slow and unreliable at times.
Main comp has 400GB capacity with 70GB used. Maxtor 200GB external drive for backup.
I have just tried to back up my main and am told insufficent space. some back up's are already on drive.
Quetion 1, should i increase the size of my storage? Question 2,should i back up each computer to it's own ext drive?
Question 3, can i back up all the comps to a large external ( ie 1TB) via the home network?
Any sugestions on the way forward?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Question 1: If it is too full to backup and that is what you are trying to achieve, yes. You haven't given any information about the size or usage of the other two so it is difficult to be too scientific about an answer.

Question 2: Why would you want to do that?

Question 3: Of course you can.
