Backing up to external hard drive.

I have just installed a USB external 40gb hard drive for storage purposes. How can I send all the folders that are in " My Documents" to this HD in one go rather than individually. My OS is xp home.Meshuga.

Hi, go to c:\documents and settings\Your account name HERE and just copy the folder "My documents" to your USB drive

Open My computer... click onto your Local drive (drive with o/s on it..normally C:\) Open "Documents and Settings" folder and there you will find the names of EVERY use account on your system. Open the folder that has been labled what your account is called and copy and paste My Documents to your USB drive
