I picked up BackDoor AZV.gen McAfee detected it but cannot clean. Does not seem to be installed but I cant delete the file in my documents. So every time I open my documents the McAfee warning appears.

Restart in safe mode, turn off sys restore, navigate to the file, delete it and empty recycle bin, turn sys restore nack on and restart in normal mode.

The registry entry may look like this...

Upon execution, the trojan installs itself into the %WINDIR%\System directory as ZoneLockup.exe.

(Where %Windir% is the Windows directory, for example C:\WINDOWS)

For example:

C:\Windows\System\ZoneLockup.exe

The following Registry key is added to hook system startup:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows
\CurrentVersion\Run "Winsock32driver"
= ZoneLockup.exe
