My back arrow on top taskbar has suddenly gone awol. Any suggestions as to a/. why and b/. how do I get it back pls.
Try a System Restore.
Assuming you're talking about Internet Explorer, on the View menu, hover over Toolbars, and click on Customize.Find the Back button in the left-hand box and click Add to include it in the right box.Or, if you're happy to go back to Microsoft's default settings, click the Reset button, which should restore your Back button. If you have any trouble with the above, as a temporary measure you can always press Alt+left-hand cursor arrow, or right-click on the web page and then click on Back.
Do you mean the arrow that shows quick start items. If so Right click Taskbar.properties.Customize.On current items always have one set to show always hide.
Oops sorry you meant Toolbar.Ignore last.
Restore System has not had any result.
Pineman 100, Many tks. Hovering over the toolbar has done the trick. It's back now. Why it went is another matter - probably me doing something stupid!
