Hi folks, I seem to have acquired this error message.

I think it came about after I decided to move the My documents folder to another HDD,I have since restored it to the default location and performed a system restore, but no joy.

The message you are seeing is a generic one that Windows displays whenever there is a problem accessing a remote computer over the network. It is unhelpful and frequently inaccurate. Make sure that the remote computer's firewall is configured to allow access to other networked computers.

Try "unsharing" the folder, reboot and then set it up as a network share again.
