Anyone tell me why Antivir guard is telling me that its unknown? Or even is anyone having the same problem?

Anyone tell me why Antivir guard is telling me that its unknown?

The only problem we will have is understanding the question, What is unknown!!!!

On the main page the top bottom one is when it runs' out then the last update' then last scan date'then antiVir guard. the guard is unknown then help.

Not quite the response i/we where looking for.

Plain simple English normally works, or at least a sensible reply if you are of ethnic origin...

Cheeky i may be BUT i defy anybody on this forum to understand exactly what your problem is.

If you post gibberish on the "other" forum of your choice you will probably get the same answers...

I would be more than glad to help BUT your question does not make sense...

if you right click the umbrella bottom right of your taskbar have you got antivir guard enabled?

Thanks smackheadz yes it is enabled it seems to be a problem on other HELPFUL forums. Thanks again smackheadsz.

Taken from the Avira forum:

Go to Start; Control Panel; Add or Remove Programs;
click on Antivir and click on "change"
Select "Change program" and click next

There are 4 choices:
select Antivir Guard and click next
This will (hopefully) install the necessary files.
Click finish, restart your computer and try Antivir

You should be able to activate your guard.
Do the same for MailGuard if necessary.
