I use AVG Internet Security 7.5. Is it just me or has there been a reduction in the quality of their support of late? A while ago an e-mail support request was answered within hours at worst, now it takes days & the tech who replies obviously hasn't read properly &/or comprehended the request.
Thanks Technotiger. I have tried version 8 & I don't like it. Perhaps it's just me not wanting to let go of something I'm familiar with but 8 didn't appeal at all. No doubt I'll have to upgrade when support, such as it is, for 7.5, is withdrawn.
