The control centre indicates that e-mail scanning is fully functional but certification of incoming mail only operates for a short while. My servers settings are altered by the programme resulting in a loss of my e-mail account. Using the wizard to obtain the certification creates this problem. Mail to the support team e only results in them advising me to configure the scanning facility but this doesnot work unless all my server settings are altered with the invariable result that my account doesnot work. What I am trying to obtain from them is a definitive statement ( so far without success) that the scanning of e-mails is taking place when the control centre affirms that scanning is fully functional notwithstanding the absence of certification...is this happening?
