avg install

Could you please help me with a problem. My computer (Windows XP Home) has four users all setup as computer administrator. I installed avg on one user account but when logging on to another, avg does not seem to be installed, yet my friend has successfully installed it on his three user system. am I doing something wrong.

When installing, does it give an option to install for all users, on only for administrator?

i cannot remember if avg gives the option or not to install for "all users" when running the set up.

try uninstalling and install again,select this option if its available.

ok I just uninstalled it and reinstalled it from another account worked fine for all users but still don't know why........
