Folks,I've got Office 2000, running on windows XP home, and I've installed the Avery Wizard...I can't get the toolbar which appears in Excel to be where I want it when Excel Opens...It opens on it's own line, beneath the standard toolbar, taking up a lines worth of space.I want it docked on the right hand side, above the VB toolbar. In Word, it stays there, but in Excel it doesn't. For some examples click hereI've followed the advice in help, and I have, in fact, since doing the "site" linked to above, made it appear in the top right on opening. Can I make it appear as I've shown... or better still be rid of it altogether in Excel? I don't envisage using it from Excel, though I can from Word. Thanks in advance,Regards,Simsy
You should be able to disable it through View > Toolbars and unticking Avery.
it wont stay away. Every time I open Excel the toolbar has appeared again.I guess it's somethng to do with it being an external "Plug-in".I'll live with it for now!Any other suggestions welcommed!Regards,Simsy
See if it is listed as an add-in and disable from there.
but it's not...It appears as it's own entry on the Tools menu.Regards,Simsy
