Hi, I am using ME and OE with avast home edition, I run several accounts via OE and have noticed it only scans 1 of the 3 accounts. Is there something I can do about this? I have used the email scanner function on another computer (XP but same setup) without any problems. Any help would be appreciated.
Right click the avast taskbar icon and go to On Access Protection control, select Internet mail and customise, then make sure that Scan Inbound Mail is ticked in both POP & IMAP tabs. Not sure what else you can do.
