Automatic Email Processing in Outlook XP

Hi All,

I'm trying to find a 'plugin' or a simllar program that will process emails when I recieve them and strip certain information from the main body of text and output it to a file (text, csv etc)

My question is there such a program that will do that for me??

Thanks in advance

cant you do that with the rules wizard?

The rules wizard will process the emails and put them into different folders, but I'm after the body of the email to be saved to a text file.

So the text file can then be processed and the infomation within extracted.

I say again the rules wizard will do this surely. If you make a rule for specific words in the body you can then send it to a folder and/or start an application (such as word) of your choice. Have a play with the rules I am sure you will find what you are looking for.
