I used to use CiDial Dial-Up Network dialer By Aldensoft Software on the NTL 2hr connect and can recommend it.

I get the 2 hour cut off on the new pc, but unlike the old pc I do not know that this has happened....I would also like the pc to reconnect once the 2 hour cut off applies. Should I use the link that you gave? I only want the pc to reconnect whilst online

Yes I used it up until last week, when the connection broke it reconnected in about 30 seconds, I have also used CiDial as suggested by "The PC Doctor" above that works too.

There is quite a few out there.
