Is it possible to configure the Audio settings on a computer with XP Professional so that everytime the mouse is clicked you do not hear the sound of the mouse as it is irritating when listening to music.

Control panel\sounds and audio\sounds
you will have to locate the entry and set the sound to "none" You can play each sound as a preview in the options with a speaker symbol.
