Please could you help

I have a pc with xp and with avg (free) and Zoon alarm
Today I keep getting a Warning 679 saying infection found.
The firewall is on
Automatic updates are on
Virus Protection Not found could someone tell me what I sould do please.

Download the free malwarebytes from click here

update then do a deep scan.

If you follow Fruit Bat /\0/\'s link and scroll down to "Automated Removal Instructions for Antivirus 2009 using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" it will show you exactly how to deal with it.

If you used Malwarebytes click "show results",select what you want to delete,then click "Remove Selected"

I have these two coming up everytime I start up and then every so often. I don't seem to be able to stop it what ever I do. It do not appear on my add and remove programs.
Antivirus 2009 keep telling me System files modification alert,some critical system files on your computor were modified by a malicious program

Windows Secirity Center, windows security reports that Antivirus 2009 is inactive

Please could someone help as I just don't know what to do.

Antivirus 2009 is a rougue program and needs to be removed

Clearly not true, as you say it comes up every time you boot up. As I said above have you followed the instructions from Technotiger's link above - I will repeat it here

Scroll down to "Automated Removal Instructions for AntiVirus 2009 etc" - print out what it says and follow it exactly to remove the problem.
