Hi, after I have downloaded my up to date drivers from ATI, can I just delete the previous that I have without going through any complicated system?

It might be better to leave it in case you ever need to 'roll back' to previous driver if new driver ever corrupts.

I have always updated ATI drivers over the top of old ones with no problem.

[did the same with nvidia few times and it caused problems]

Hi, I read somewhere that if you leave the old drives on your pc they can interfere with the new ?

I personally remove the old drivers before installing the new. Just make sure you put the downloaded driver somewhere easy to get at, uninstall old drivers-restart PC-install new drivers-restart PC.

I tend not to delete them so you still have the roll back driver option.
