Hi scooby43. Generally with integrated graphics it's best to get the drivers from the motherboard makers site. Is your current problem that you can't upgrade the drivers or that you have part installed the drivers and corrupted the graphics? INF errors are generally caused by searching for a new driver, when Windows looks for a file with .inf extension, whereas graphics drivers are usually installed by running a .exe file. You may need to remove the previous version of your graphics in Device Manager before installing the new drivers, but the manufacturer should advise you on this.
