I have a a8n32-sli deluxe motherboard and until recently I had no problems in using their bios update utility which came with the motherboard. For some reason when I try to use any version of the utility now I have a dll warning and then it says that I do not have an asus mb installed. Any ideas on how to get the mb recognised again?
The update version did not work either. The update install program seems to be searching for a dll file that identifies the mb and that does not exist so it reaches this point ten aborts with a message dll????? and them says no asus mb. Any other thoughts?
Do you have the original installation disk for the motherboard? If so the missing .dll may well be on there. You could try either booting the disk and `repairing` the installation or doing a search of the disk and attempting to locate the file containing the .dll.
