I recently received a credit quote from a major car dealer, but I notice that it doesn't quote the APR.

Isn't this illegal, or has that changed?

Apparently the content of a quote is prescribed, but I am having difficulty locating the definitive content. Started here link text

Then I found this link text Scroll down to 'The APR'. Details are contained in the Consumer Credit Act so I ended up here link text

Failure to include the APR (even in tiny print) appears to contravene the Act.

Hope this helps.
