Since Jan 7th applications such as Word, Excel, Windows Explorer and Norton keep trying to connect to crl.verisign (as reported by my firewall) When they do, they download a 119kB Revocation certificate, and stuff it into the IE temp folder, then work happily as normal. Unfortunately, as an extra safety precaution I regularly clean the temp folder out after any online banking transaction, which means I have to go through the whole, tedious process next time I connect. Does anyone know if I can move these certificates out of the temp folder to somewhere safe from my browsing history cleaner? Thanks
