I done a speed check at click here

Download: 66,344 bps
Upload: 29,960 bps
QOS: 5%
RTT: 1030 ms
MaxPause: 1549 ms

The Power and DSL and Internet Lights are solid Green but the Ethernet Light keeps flashing!

Can anyone suggest??

I'm using AOL Broadband and get the following results.
Download: 1,001,296 bps
Upload: 174,136 bps
QOS: 95%
RTT: 117 ms
MaxPause: 34 ms
Time 05.00hrs in the morning may play a part in this I think. Either way I'm generally happy with the speed. Why don't you do an AOL Broadband check up?

6589kbps on Eclipse!

AOL have recently released a new help programme
go to Keyword and type "Broadband Assistant" without the quotes.

Mines as follows on Silver,

Download 477kbps
Upload 127kbps
Qos 96%
RTT 122ms
Max Pause 62ms

It also says at these speeds I could download a 1mb file in 17secs, and 10mb in 3 mins.
Funny thing is I let a download continue while I was running the test.
As suggested by Cesar, run the assistant and see what it comes up with.

No Problems where found in the Broadband Assistant.

I got:
--------------------------
Download: 1,918,232 bps
Upload: 173,648 bps
QOS: 99%
RTT: 118 ms
MaxPause: 16 ms
--------------------------

Have you tried running another test from another site? As these tests aren't 100% correct, and server errors do occur

I personally use click here
Do a google search on "BroadBand Bandwidth Test" and try some of the results.
Use the 'average' test result as the correct answer ;-)
