Anyone know a good popup blocker?

As the title suggests, does anybody know where I can download a reliable, free popup blocker?

They are really starting to annoy me, as I would expect they would with anyone!

Any links and suggestions would be very helpful.

There are a number of popup blockers in the downloads section here, but if you are referring to windows messenger popups look click here for a way to cure the problem.

Thanks for the advice muppetmark. I wasn't referring to Windows Messenger, however. I hardly ever use it!

Thanks again!

I know a good pop-up blocker... called Opera ;-)

It's a browser, not just an app - click here

I keep mentioning Proxomitron in these forums - it stops ads as well as popups.

Can be found in the download section above.

Sometimes you have to use the Bypass facility to be able to complete order forms etc in secure sites.

im with bilben1940.

Pop up stopper is the one for me.

easy to use, sits in browser window under address bar, click red X to toggle on/off or press CTRL to force it to accept a web page.
