Anyone got, or used, Paragon Drive Backup?

Have been after a drive backup for a while, Wife doessn't understand the importance of it. Anyway found Paragon Drive Backup (PDB) free with PC Utilities but need to know which option to choose:
1. PDB 2000 for Windows
2. PDB 2000 (DOS Stand Alone)
3. PDB 2000 for Windows LOG mode
Any suggestions?

With something as potentially important as backups, I would be very wary of entrusting them to a little known program such as you suggest.

The well known and well supported programs such as DriveImage, Ghost or Acronis may be a much safer way of doing things - at least they have support if things do go awry.

It looks like I can't save to CD-R's anyway, I think it only supports Windows2000 and XP, I'm on 98SE. Oh well, looks like I'll have to bite the bullet and get Ghost or DriveImage.
Thanks
