seeing this threadclick here thought it worth asking if something IS amiss as I am aware many members might be using ff as their browser
I got this one too and AVG healed it. Was it really a virus/trojan?
I have not picked up this virus. I run all the spyware/malware software once a week and also AVG Anti-virus. Nothing picked up for ages.
Same as Allyginger. But I am curious as we must be getting the updates from the same source?
SMTP failed in Thunderbird on Friday- could this be linked I wonder?See click here
I am not on FF but am curious as something might be 'going on' ;COULD a nasty have attached itself TO the updates? kinda defeates having updates dont it?is there any way for an FF user to'report' this?
I use Firefox 2 and Thunderbird. No trouble with it either. Been using these for some years now. Never ever had a virus from any update. So I don't know what this is.Same as johndrew I'm curious as well.
No infection here either and my FF is fully updated from the Mozilla site. I would suspect AVG or other security programs reporting a false positive or complete coincidence.
