I've just bought one, and ferreting through the boxes, I can't find any trace of a manual, or a software Disk. Have these just been omitted when the shop put the camera back in the box? Or is it so simple to operate that no instructions are necessary:-) ?
Thanks mate! To the rescue again!! Just got home after buying it, and wanted to have a play, but as soon as the shop had closed, I noticed the manual missing! Now I can explore a little without danger of doing damage!! :-)

MCE2K5: Seems "Lightinthebox.com" also don't think the manual is necessary!! hssutton: Hi Harry, well, I've gone and done it! I think that in the turmoil that was the sales counter, they must have forgotten to put back the manual and disk when they packed it up, but typical of me, I didn't find out till the shop had shut! Anyway, thanks to MCE25K, I can view the online PDF version till I pick mine up from the shop! Still trying to convince myself that I deserve this extravigance, pretending that my "cold weather payment has subsidised it. lol
