Any problems running 2 Photoshop Prigs?

I have Photoshop CS5 . I have bought Adobe Elements 9 for a grand daughter, and it has some features, such as making calendars, and the ease of resizing multiple photos, that are easier than CS5. Can I install Elements 9 on my PC without a clash of common files on install or uninstall?

From past experience, if you install several Adobe program the common files will be upset with an uninstall of one of them, requiring re-installation of the remaining programs.

Tha is what i was concerned about. I have all the disks so no major problems, except for updates.

Never had a problem with running several versions of photoshop, but I always deselect File associations on all but my main program which is CS5
